That large health total will just keep going back up with all of the repairing skills in here! Optimus’ skill works even better if the target has a Toolbox (a very helpful green pip card). Versatility was made for Ratchet (since if you hit all the pips when he attacks, he can get as much as +10 attack!) but it works well with Optimus’ repair skill too.
