Super-fun deck that really builds up a ton of cards under Perceptor while keeping him alive long enough to swing for huge damage. Whirl does decent damage on his own, and his blue pip ability does some bonus damage, especially to wider opponent decks. I've beaten several top-tier decks with this, and it's proven to be quite reliable.
You'll never flip anyone but Perceptor in this deck. Start your attack sequence with Highjump, then attack with Whirl, then finally attack with Perceptor. Rinse and repeat, throwing more and more cards under Perceptor as much as possible. Use I Still Function when you can to drop Highjump back in, as well as Ready for Action for an extra swing here and there, with enough black pips in the deck to get at least a few guaranteed damage points through with each hit while you wait for Perceptor to get up to double-digit easy damage.
