Updated 12/2/2024. 

This is the second version of this deck after an extended absence from the game. Switched the starscreams to be able to play energy packs. 

The original version played the 10 star, starscream and played the Villainous spotlight with 2 full loadouts instead of the energy packs. 

Probably going to change the white pips to something else, frag toss is just a decepticon card that can be played off the top of the deck with Shockwave. 

Would like to add more blue pips, will update the deck after more testing.
