This deck is centered around scrapping cardsfrom your opponents hand and also maybe yours to give it an extra kick(eg. fog of war). With counterespionage and vandalize, you want to scrap upgrades and actions from your opponent that stop non-attack damage. If you also want to make it have decent attack/defense too you can sub out some actions for upgrades. I also didnt know multi mission gear was banned. If you dont like using banned cards you can swap the multi mission gears for rapid ascents.
