Edit 2: Windsweeper is a ton of fun to play, *and* this deck feels like a strong option for tournament play. Sweet. Now: for the present time, I really should write some music.
Edit: Playtesting (if I remember correctly) suggests that the Toolbox just can't be as valuable in this deck as it is in the Uncle Iroh deck. Having a 4-wide team makes it hard to ensure that all of the opponent's attacks go to all of the other 3 characters first, which makes Emergency Maintenance less-than-automatic. Holomatter Projector means more. So, simple switch: take out the Toolbox, add the second Holomatter Projector. This also allows for the utility slot to be used for Spare Parts without any confusion.
Saturation Bombing is a very good Stratagem which gives Windsweeper automatic access to a kind of damage removal. Obviously it doesn't interact with Toolbox, but the fact that it begins the game with your team is fantastic. Then Windsweeper himself has easy access to a damage-transferring ability. Place the Toolbox on him, and Hold the Line and Emergency Maintenance can build effectively on restoring his health total.
Sideboard uses Jetfire with armors, armor defense, and related actions in case of aggro mirror matches where it is clear that other player can one-shot Windsweeper during the first attack of the second round.
