His teamies serve a purpose (if they get KO’d before Grapple does!); Sights gives Grapple Focus 2 (so he can pick what stays on top of the deck for him to flip!) and Blowpipe gives him +1 attack for each different colour that flips (up to +4 here). Unsurprisingly, Lucky Vest is in here (since it acts as a Force Field to anyone who equips it (like Grapple) without scrapping; as long as you flip at least four different colours! Grapple sits in alt until you’ve got him set up (with Focus from Sights ideally; though Acute Reflexes works quite well too) then you flip him to bot mode and start swinging! You’d only flip him back to alt if you know he can get the KO on an enemy with the flip (or play Escape Route to do it).
